stage 3A breast cancer- when to go for 2nd opinion on the chemo plan

my mother got detected with stage3A BC, er/pr +ve her2 -ve. her 1st chemo started today[epirubicin 50mg; Docitaxel 40mg] current medical onco has not shared the dosage+plan with us. just told us that chemo can be 4 to 6.

i also shared biopsy&hormone reports with a friend's uncle, who is a cancer doc in another city. he is not happy with the current dosage plan.

now i am nervous and confused that should i take her to another city(tata bombay?)..esp with this corona being spread around). what should i do? how do u trust ur doc?
