Either go with cobalt or linear accelerator radiation therapy method??

My mom's chemotherapy of 8 cycle has been just completed 15 days ago, now radiation will start. She had breast cancer stage-II. Please guide me that whether I should go with cobalt or linear accelerator radiation therapy. One more thing pls also help me that what is drawbacks & advantage between both of them. .. please do the needful at the earliest.

3 D CRT is the Standard Treatment advocated (on a Linear Accelerator)

Treatment over 4-5 weeks depending on the clinical situation.

I have not treated any Patient on Cobalt since 2005 and would not advocate anyone on it.

You perhaps need to consult a trained and qualified Radiation Oncologist to tell you the differences, pros and cons of these modalities.
