I wonder what're the BEST current prices of Rituximab and Herceptin made by Biocon or other companies ? Hope someonte could give me suggestions , i need those urgently .

You should talk to a distributor in your area. He will be able to tell you the best price. Another person who can guide you about the price is your Medical Oncologist. They very well know all the prices, they know how much lesser you can get it for and they know all the schemes going on, wherein you can get benefits.
