my dear1 is suffering from 4thstage BC spread to lungs.doc only adviced chemo.we r done with chemo n lumps is not completely gone.

Usually, surgery is not done for stage 4 breast cancers. There are a few indications, though, when we do it.

I wish to know, how is the response of chemotherapy. You said chemotherapy is complete. So after completion of chemo, was any investigation done to assess disease status? If yes, please do tell.
