Hi there. I have peripheral nuroparhy of the feet and I’m having a hard time with it. It did affect the whole feet but now it’s just my toes and the flat area just below my toes (the ball area of feet). Sometimes walking causes pain but I use solacaine to reduce the pain only when I’m in pain. I was told vitamin B and magnesium so I’m using that as well but to be honest nothings working to clear it completely and it’s been almost a year. Massage does help loads if u can get someone to massage your feet and hands every few days with herbal oils. Good luck and let me know if any of those help.

Hi, I have neuropathy in my feet. Tried lots of things - reflexology, accupuncture, creams and was also prescribed some meds but nothing has helped. Unfortunately it is going to be one of the side effects that will stay with me. I just need to find ways if dealing with the pain when it arises. Good luck xx

HI there, 4yrs on I have neuropathy in my feet. I notice that it is worse when I stand still for a long time - walking is not so bad. In pilates we have been running a spikey ball under the feet and I find this help my balance improve in the class. Goof fitting low shoes with good arch support helps me too. Let us know if you hear of any other ideas we can try. Take care xx

I have it too. I take b1 in addition to b complex. I do think it has helped a bit. Gets worse at night or if I am sick or tired.
