went to my appointment this morning for the lump i have found . doctor said it might be a small mass or cyst , ordered a ultrasound to see and make sure it’s not cancerous 😳

You should hear from them within the week if the doctor has mentioned that he/she wasn’t you seen urgently. All the best with your results.

Excellent, they are on the ball there so. Where are you based? You will have your worried calmed today then. I am crossing my fingers that it is a simple cyst that will go away for you. Try not to worry. If it is anything sinister they you are in the right place. Do take care and good luck. Xx

Then what you do this weekend is something that you enjoy. Spoil yourself, go for walks or swims or anything you like to do. I like reading, painting etc it takes my mind off anything that I am finding distressing. Try focussing on other things. It is not always easy, I think I have become a bit of a master of distracting my mind. It makes your life so much more peaceful and manageable. X
