Have your breast cancer story heard

Hi everyone,

This is just a short post from HealthUnlocked regarding a potential new opportunity to share your story.

We have been approached by an organisation who are interested finding people willing to support a breast cancer awareness campaign in the national media. They are in the early stages of developing this idea and are keen to see whether there are any users who meet the criteria that would be interested in getting involved.

This exciting opportunity would involve providing a quote and speaking with national media about your story and experiences with breast cancer. All expenses would be paid and you’d have to chance to share your story nationwide and raise breast cancer awareness.

The desired profiles of people that the media are looking to speak with are:

Someone who was diagnosed with breast cancer around 25 years ago and can talk about treatment undergone, support available, awareness around breast cancer in the 1990s

Someone who has been diagnosed with breast cancer in the last year or so and can talk about experience of the disease – ideally, they would need to have had a positive experience with the NHS and have been given the all clear. Aged under 45

If you meet these criteria and think this is something you may be interested in, please send us an email at support@healthunlocked.com. We would love to hear from you!

Best,

Maddie
