Tingling in my breasts...should I be worried :/

Hi everyone,

I am a newbie here so, it's my first time posting.

I'm 28 years old and have lived in London my whole life. For the last few months, I have been experiencing a dull ache in the upper right side of my back (basically my shoulder blade). When it first started, it was easy to deal with, I just had to move positions. Now, whether I sit up or lay down, this ache is making me rather uncomfortable. I have been to the doctors, she didn't seem to think it was anything worth worrying about. About a month ago, I started to get a tingle in my right breast. It actually feels like pins and needles that start from the edge (side closest to my armpit and then moves in to the middle of my chest. Once the tingling stops, it feels like a weird sort of pressure builds up...sort of like if we imagine a tiny person inside my breast blowing a balloon...

Should I be worried??

I'd advise a visit to GP, hope it's something that's easily resolved for you x

Hi go to back to your GP, if something is causing you pain etc insist on getting it looked at, don't put up with pain.

Could be trapped nerves etc, but I am no doctor and anything that concerns you and is having an impact on the quality of your life at 28 then get it checked out.

Hi,

I've managed to get an appointment for tomorrow morning. I'll make sure not to leave without getting more done this time.

My friend is GP, she said it could be trapped nerves. Hopefully i'll know tomorrow x

Not sure I can help...this may be tending towards a back problem, if so the chiropracter will exray and offer treatment. I had breast cancer first at 38, the after effects of the rads effected the side, even to the point of trapped nurve. I would at times have to grip my side and deep breath through the pain. To an outsider they might have thought heart attack but it was like a cramp spasm relieved by moving in opposite direction.

Chiro helped. If breast cancer and is your worry check for the hospital walk in a clinics they are might put your mind at rest, or GP referal. Due to what I read if you have overdone it say...at the gym...use ice packs it might be inflammation.

Not a nurse...best see GP.

Hi,

Thank you, that is all so so helpful. I hope all is well and good with you and your health.

Me and the gym don't see eye to eye lol. I have put on some weight though so perhaps that doesn't help!

Thank you xx

Hi Keeks7 I'm sorry to hear you have a mystery problem. I have never experienced those symptoms. I did get a stabbing pain in my affected breast, which eventually took me to seek advice. I have been tuning in to my intuition to help heal and the more you listen, the better you get. Im sure you already know you have to see a doctor and be more forceful. Good luck. I'm hoping for you that everything will be fine! 🌺

Hi,

Thank you. Yeah a lot of people have said, you know your body so it's best to listen to what it's telling you, for healing and for seeking help. I have a doctors appointment at 10am today so, I am going to be more forceful and tell them they need to do something about it.

Good luck on your journey into recovery xx
