First of all I want to say a huge thank you and send all all my heartfelt thoughts to everyone on here. Although this is my first post I have followed so many of you through your journeys while I have continued on my own.
I was diagnosed with tnbc a year last august and had chemo, a mastectomy, more chemo and then radiotherapy - then given the all clear! I had my first clear mammogram last month and was given my next appointment in 5 years time - phew! Obviously still have to have yearly mammograms. I then mentioned having a touch of lymphodema - cue ultrasound scan, another biopsy and I received the results today.
Thankfully all was ok, but the wait over the past week has been a challenge, to say the least! It just made me so aware again of how lucky I am, but also how things can rear up and bite you when you least expect it.
Sorry for the ramble and thank you again to all - you truly are inspirational!!

What a lovely photo. My granddaughter has kept me going during my journey. It's amazing how much energy you can find to play with them however you might be feeling. We are now awaiting our 2nd granddaughter due next week on my birthday
