Hi all, am back home following my surgery on Wednesday . I had a mastectomy and reconstruction using implant with ADM support. Am really pleased with the look although obviously it all needs to settle down etc. I am feeling absolutely fine with the help of paracetamol so far. Taking everyone's advice now to take it easy for a while. Appointment in two weeks for the results from the node biopsy but so far so good. Thanks so much to everyone who wished me well, it meant a lot. Xx

Great that you doing well, take it easy but try to do those exercises they give you. I hope results are all ok for you also, that was a horrible wait two weeks, but you cope with it.

Thanks debs, yes trying not to think about that at the moment, making the most of feeling ok right now and being fussed over for a bit.. Won't last long😂. Excercises aren't the problem for me it's resisting the urge to get up and do something ! Keep getting told off. Best wishes to you to Karen xx

Just to re-itterate what everyone else has said and please do the exercises. As soon as I stopped (4 months later) I started with lymphoedema. Best wishes for your recovery xx
