Numbness

I keep getting headaches. During the summer it was worst. Every day. The doctor did an CT scan and it was good just a stenoid sinus infection ( sorry if I spelled that wrong). The headaches calmed down. But yesterday as I was working outside I felt numbness on eye brow bone and left temple, then at night felt it close to eye and right nostril. Sometimes I get a tinling sensation on right side of head close to ear that lasts all day. Feels like something is crawling there , when I was getting my headaches in the summer the doctor said it's migranes. I get really scared of brain stroke and anurism. I am 34 female, can some tell me if what I felt was dangerous, and can CT scan detect anurysms?
