Hey all, the past two weeks I've had this dull sort of pain/headache mainly in my left temple and left side of my head, it mainly hurts when I think about it, I'm aware of my anxiety affecting this but I can't seem to get rid of it in anyway, i also recently most nights have this weird sort of sensation in my chest/heart which doesn't hurt but does concern me a bit, anyone else experience something similar or heard of similar before?
