Brain fog/fatigue

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone here has any tips on how to reduce or cure the brain fog that descends every few weeks. I’m 5 years post a subarachnoid brain haemorrhage and although it’s much better, not as often or frequent, it’s still so debilitating. It’s a nauseous haze and it’s difficult to try get on with things and my life.

Any help or tips?

I was hit by a car 23 years ago and had a massive head injury. Several times a week I just stand there dumbfounded, whilst my brain tries to figure out what someone just said to me. If I knew a cure for that I'd be a millionaire!

Haha, I do find it gets better with time and less frequent over the years. But I’ve been known to stand and stare looking in to space too, in the middle of a supermarket or something haha, so I’m with you there 😊

Time is a great healer and these events are far less frequent, but when they happen it is bewildering. My wife still cannot get her head round this strange behaviour. Thankfully it hasn't happened whilst crossing the road :P
