I need to lose weight and do some exercise but I don't have the room for big equipment in the house. Has anyone used one of these home Gyms? Do you think it is safe to use? I had a subarachnoid haemorrhage about 25 yrs ago and a stroke 6 yrs ago where I was told that I have new aneurysms where the original was clipped. Worried if the vibration would cause further problems?
