Staples removed yesterday all I'm saying ouch healing great had rough night last night headaches to die for not rushing to get better to quickly made myself do to much just need a bit of rest but other than that can't complain

Rest,rest and if possible rest some more. It's a slow process but rest is the key to recovery, the brain uses more energy to recover than any other part of the body. X

The worst pain in my life getting the first lot of staples out n the nurse was saying it doesn’t hurt I screamed at her av u ever had staples she said no so i said we’ll how would u know, I made her get me another nurse n then I called her a butcher lol, my eyes where watering the pain was that bad n when I had to av the second op on other side of head I told em I wanted morphine but wasn’t allowed so told them I wanted something to numb it n was promised that n wrong nurse came n used sterile water n told me it was numbing cream, my daugher watched n said it was water so I reckon the amount of days staples r taken out makes a diff as first side was 7 days n second was 10 n wasn’t anywhere near as painful x

It certainly made my eyes water that was for sure don't ever want staples again
