Yes aneurysm is on right middle cerebral artery but doesnt state if its on a branch it hasnt changed remains < 3mm...no new diagnostic features...no other aneurysms seen in the circle of willis . Please can someone tell me what this means...."limted axial FLAIR sequence through the brain is unremarkable??"

It sounds like they don't think there is anything to worry about. It is small, it is behaving itself, and there are no associated complications. I'd thank God and try and get on with life, if I were you!
