Hope everyone ok after the heatwave! Still stuffy tho, the fatigue hit me bad as it did everyone but the stress!! Even had a cigarette to calm me down felt worse afterwards and the guilt!! Oh well onwards and upwards! x

Hi, lot cooler now. I understand about the smoking so hard. I gave up a year ago and have had a couple of puffs ohhh the guilt, thinking it's good we have guilt and we know we must never smoke again. Hope all is good with you. Regards Pam xx
