Constant UTI symptoms

Hi all, I'm really struggling with pregnancy symptoms which are presenting as constant UTI symptoms - sharp vaginal pain, stinging wee, feeling like she constantly needs to go for a wee. I've struggled throughout the pregnancy but my wee doesn't show signs of infection and the consultant believes it's the pressure from the baby that is causing the issues. I've tried all sorts of things to help; drinking loads, drinking Cranberry juice, using a yoga ball to release pressure, no baths, belly massages. I'm now 33 weeks and it seems to be getting worse as the baby moves more. Has anyone experienced this too?

Any help or recommendations?

I think you might be referring to lightning crotch or fanny daggers.

If you look those terms up, they might describe what you're experiencing.

They're extremely common towards the end of pregnancy and make those last few weeks take forever. God luck
