Hi all, I've read a lot about exercise and trying to conceive and exercise and early pregnancy but would love to hear your experience with this.

I am 37, healthy, normal BMI, but extremely unfit (can't run 1 mile without dying). I have started going to classes at the gym and doing as much as I can without pushing myself too much.

As we're trying to conceive, I can't help but wonder, how much is too much.

For perspective, the weights I use are max 10kg, mostly 5kg. And it's mainly bodyweight work.

Would love to hear how you made exercise part of your life.

Thanks a milion! :)

Hey, you may want to post this in the NCT group, the BPAS is an abortion service, so not for woman actively trying to conceive a lot of the time. Good luck on your journey x
