I found out two weeks ago that I was pregnant and booked an appointment with BPAS for the end of next week. I have since had constant lower abdominal pain which feels like it's on one side and pain in my shoulder. I feel nauseous constantly but have not vomitted yet. I also find it difficult to eat and drink or just to function normally. This is my first pregnancy so I'm not sure if it is unusual to be in this much pain. Should I wait until my appointment with BPAS or go to the hospital before?

I had abdominal pain and went to see my GP who referred me to hospital as he thought it may be ectopic. I would see your doctor personally as if there is a problem, its best to be seen asap. Hope all goes well and as you want.
