Losing sickness feeling

Hi everyone

I'm nearly 14 weeks and slowly but surely I'm starting to lose that nausea feeling. It's not gone completely don't get me wrong, the fridge still sets me off without fail but it's hot and miss if I'm sick or not through the day compared to three times a day a couple of weeks ago. I only had a scan a week ago so I know everything is ok, I'm just wondering if this is "normal".

Thanks 💞

Hi There,

Most women only experience sickness and nausea in the 1st trimester, if it continues it is considered to be hyperemesis, which can be treated and managed by the GP. So it all sounds normal, but if it is hard to cope with do talk to your GP or midwife as you shouldn't have to put up with feeling very sick every day.

Best Wishes

Jules
