Using Clomifene gives you more chances of having twins, however, feeling movements at week 3 sounds very very early (never heard about such thing before week 12) and you're probably bloated.

Is it possible that you actually are more further into your pregnancy than you think? (Would explain movements and bigger bump)

Sorry but there is no way your feeling movement if your only 3 week pregnant, having twins wont make a difference to this. Either you are further along than you think or sometimes because you want to feel it your brain can convince you that you are.

it is not possible to feel movement at 3 weeks even if you had a whole football team in there you would not feel a thing

Hiya!

At 3 weeks pregnant the potential baby is a cluster of cells called a blastocyst and is less than 3mm long. At around 4 weeks they implant into uterine lining to then begin to form into an embryo. This is why it's impossible to feel movement at this stage of pregnancy.

Therefore, if you look 3 months pregnant and you are feeling movement it could only be that you are further along than what you think. I would get an apt with your doctor who will be able to help and advise you and hopefully offer you some clarity.

Good luck! X
