I'm 4 weeks pregnant nearly 5 weeks and I wake up feeling really queasy. I normally like a coffee in the morning but that now turns my stomach.

I've been wake up about 4 times a night for a wee which is annoying as then when it's time to get up for work I'm knackered !!!

Off my food cos don't really know what I fancy .

Any tips ?? I actually feel like gagging at the moment .

Did anyone get sickness this early I didn't think I would get it until

About 7-8 weeks pregnant .

Advice and tips desperately needed, have to go to a meeting soon.

Thanks xx

It's a good sign.. your hormones are high enough to stimulate the morning sickness. Dry toast when you wake up or supposedly best thing is when you're in bed have 2 ginger biscuits before you get up. I found boiled lemonade helped me. At the moment I feel sick when I eat so not much I can do other than pray it'll stay down lol. But they do say ginger is one of the best things (I'm not a fan of ginger though) As for the weeing yes I definitely can empathise lol I pee all the time! Try to avoid drinking an hour or so before bed that might help.

Hope you can grab some biscuits before your meeting lol!! Eat small and often rather than 3 set meals too.
