Hi.. I last had sex in Feb (with my ex) since then, I've had four full, proper periods. I'm now 3 days late. Could I be pregnant?

I've just took a clear blue test and it said Not Pregnant, but I'm never late. Had no sickness, weight gain etc... Am I worrying over nothing?

Hi Jasmine,

It is very unlikely that you are pregnant if you have had four proper periods since you last had sex, especially as the pregnancy test was negative.

Lots of things can affect your periods regularity, including stress. If you don’t have a period in the next 2 weeks, then do take another pregnancy test. If it is negative, it would still be best to go and speak to your GP just to check there aren't any other issues at play that might be affecting your period.
