Hi all,

We have created this guide to help women who have questions or concerns about which methods of contraception they can use after having a baby. It has information about when fertility returns after giving birth, short and long term methods, and those that are perfectly safe to use if you decide to breastfeed.

Feel free to ask away if you need any more info!
