I'm a 28 year old male and today after using the bathroom I noticed an alarming amount of red blood on the tissue after I wiped my bottom. I had to really strain to go and it burned when I went I suffer with loose stools and have done for many years and sometimes I get little specs of blood on the tissue but this was a lot. Piles do run in my family and It did sting when I wiped my bottom. I have attached a picture of the blood I'm sorry the picture is bit graphic.

Good idea to see your GP probably need a colonoscopy also get your iron levels checked you may be anaemic which can cause other issues especially in your brain
