Thanks for sharing this link. I found the section on posture interesting. I wish it was easy to find local support for exercise. I’ve been reading about it and bought the Margaret Martin “Exercise for Healthy bone” book but I would like some one to work with me or go to a class. I want to do strengthening exercises in order to slow down or reverse my osteopenia if possible. Thanks again
