I wud say yes, go ahead. My Dentist proceeded with my implant even tho my last injection was last March, 2018! He is giving it a month or so longer for the bone graph to take.

For how long you use Prolia - when did you start taking Prolia?

I am proceeding with an implant, but waited 2 years to be safe.

I had a very bad experience with rebound fractures (multiple vertebrae and sacrum)after discontinuing Prolia because I didn't find an alternative to cross over to.

It is imperative that you switch to an alternate medication after discontinuing Prolia, but biophosphonates has their risks as well. I've opted for Forteo and have been on it for 6 months with no issues.
