Possible Northampton support group

We're hoping to set up an Osteoporosis support group in Northampton this year, a couple of us are meeting with a lady from the National Osteoporosis Society later this month to get the process started. In the meantime I was wondering whether anyone on this forum (or anyone you know in Northamptonshire) would be interested in joining us when we do get it up and running? Just starting to gauge interest, not asking for any kind of commitment!

Just wish to congratulate you on possibly starting up a Northampton support group. I belong to a local NOS branch group, well it is not that local as I have to take a couple of buses to get there but well worth it. I look forward to the monthly get together and have been attending for about three years now, rarely missing any of the meetings.

Do let me know how it goes, and if you would like to write a piece for aftercancers.com about difficulties and good things I would be happy to publish. Am about to go live with another story from someone on this forum - it's been delayed as I have been moving house - nuff said!

Thanks Kaarina. I don't know how long it will take to get a group going, but there are 3 of us interested at the moment, so that's a start.
