In the last few weeks, I have been experiencing joint pain, muscle pain and muscle weakness. Has anyone experienced this? Is this sarcopenia and how was it treated?

I don't know if it's sarcopenia. Have you reported this information to your doctor? This may be a stretch, but I remember a patient who had cholangiocarcinoma (much rarer than HCC but still a type of liver cancer) saying that she wished she had known how much Claritin would help her bone pain. A doctor never told her that. Another patient did. And it worked.
As for muscle pain and weakness, are you losing muscle mass? If so, how much? Are you maintaining an attitude and exercising several times per week? A walk counts as exercise.
