3rd blood pressure monitor that i have can't measure my bp numbers because of my huge arytmia/palpitations

To be honest i need to learn step by step how to get my numbers into manualy way using manual bp cuff and stethoscope, in last half-year i was trying to find good monitor even clinical one units can't handle to take my numbers.... any idea's how to learn in easy and stright way, in my clinic don't wanna help me.

Hi! Can you give some more details about your arrhythmias, please. Like when it first started, how it developed, what are your most frequent types of arrhythmias etc. What is your usual BPM when resting and when active? Also, some more details about the BP numbers... It is all important to be able to see a more complete picture of your health problems. Also, do you remember any triggers when your health problems statred...? Say, severe stress, unusual physical activity, traffic accident, having vaccine, having Covid or other disease,...
