Does high blood pressure increase body temperature?

I don't think HBP will cause any perceptible problems or changes unless it is extremely high.

I'm pretty sure that high temperature is not a symptom of HBP.

Anything over normal - around 99 deg F. (allowing for variations).

Yes, there’s definitely relationship. I am suffering from severe hypertension. Whenever I shake hands with others I always find their touch cold and invariably they ask me why my hand is hot. Doctors may or not agree but this is reality for me.
