Variable pressure

I take felidopin for high BP. 2.5mg in the warm weather my pressure is very low even before I take the tablet but in cold weather it goes up quite a lot. I wonder if this is normal. GP says just keep taking the tablets. Has anyone else noticed this.

Hi Kasmi my understanding is that the warm weather causes the blood vessels to widen. Therefore blood flows more easily and blood pressure lowers. Make sure you keep hydrated though.

Thank u Deb18, for replying, I thought that might be the issue but it's annoying in warm weather to have to keep taking Medes when pressure is so low, aw well, so be it.💞

Hi Kasmi yes I know what you mean ! However I think that doctors are reluctant to take us off medication once we have started.
