I am severely lactose intolerant and have struggled with IBS for over 30 years. Recently diagnosed with high blood pressure - but can't find meds that don't contain lactose. I am trying one generic (ratio irbesartan) but it causes stomach pains immediately upon swallowing. Can anyone provide a suggestion for a BP meds without lactose that doesn't cause gastric issues. I'll then discuss it with my doctor. thanks
