Hi Sony55. I have only just read your comments of some time ago and I wonder whether you have in the meantime found treatment for your BP which appears a little on the high side.

I am 71 years old, take BP medication over many years but still get some very high readings when I am feeling stressed. A week ago I had some very high readings of 210/123. It scared me so much but it reduced somewhat with breathing exercises but stayed still very high for a day or so. Now it is 157/780. My spikes comes with emotional upset and just thinking about it makes my readings high. I know I am playing with fire but hate the thought of more medication. I read so many comments from people who think that any reading over 120/80 is high. I would just like a bit of reassurance from people who like me are no longer in the 120 range. Aloisia
