Question, not sure what to do 911 kinda.....

So I have prehypertensive BP and I recently quit smoking 3 weeks ago and been losing weight, last night I was laying in bad and I felt kinda spacy for a moment so I decided to check my pulse, was normal..... I put on a blood pressure cuff and the reading I got was 110 over 45, I instantly panic a little but then take it again because maybe I did something wrong and I take the cuff off and place it back on and it's 89 over 44 so I throw the thing off and think on what to do. It was night time, I was laying down, I've noticed I get odd readings during the day today and have felt a little SOB, I don't want to go to the ER because they'll think I'm crazy and my doctor can't see me for a week. What do I do? Is this something to be alarmed about?.....

During the day it's normal 120-125 over 78 to 86. I have little spikes here and there and I'm not on BP meds, I'm only 31, just wasn't sure what to do. My average BP thru out thru out a day is 121 over 76 if you average me out.

Thanks for responding, I don't have high anymore but was high, I lost 80 pounds quit smoking and gave up junk food, but now I'm doing these night time dips, I took them last night but was extremely wore out and I was laying on my side and stomach.

Right now it's 100 to 110 over mid 60s and I'm laying down, my mom tried saying this is normal but that 40 scared the hell out of me. I was only there for a moment and rose to the 50s. Right now just did a reading laying down it's 120 over 68.......

I was high and I mean high high, I was hitting 229 over 96 During anxiety attacks, now I'm low low from life style changes. I'll get diastolic spikes with an attack, like 150 over 100 to 110 but it comes back down to normal within minutes after I lay down and relax.

I just don't like how it swings around. My average during the days are 120 over 78 to 79.

Of course they do not want to treat me with meds because I'm low now but when I get these spikes it's scary as hell and the doctor just says I gotta relax and push thru it, I'm normal most of the time so meds are out of the question but I'm like going this low or sky rocketing really high can't be good either lol.

I guess what I really want to know is

One: can going that low while being in bed asleep be that bad?

Two: can BP swing from 120 over 80 During the day to 90 over 60 at night, just seems like a really big swing and doctors keep blowing it all off. I've read that you will see varying readings but I mean that big of dips? Kinda seems odd.

See I have bad anxiety as well, I been really practicing mindful meditation alot. I'm getting some gains but also some major set backs.

I would not worry to much about the numbers.. they seem pretty good. It may be some withdrawl symptoms from nicotine that should pass. To tell you the truth I wish my numbers were that good. My advice is to stop taking your readings..this will keep you in an anxiety state.
