How to REALLY sent your bp soaring!

We were robbed the other day.

The police have been and gone and my bp is 188/110 - which is quite reasonable in my mind considering how shaken it makes you feel! Obviously as no-one was injured or killed it is not being followed up.

Just thought it was an good example for you all NOT to follow! Have a nice day!

gosh .... terrifying or what....... so glad nobody was hurt but the fact that they entered your home is bad enough ........ did they offer you a helpline or are you able to deal ...... stay safe and smile if you can.
