What better way to start a new month than announcing an exciting HealthUnlocked achievement.
A couple of weeks ago the BBC Click show reached out to us following their exploration of how tech can offer support. BBC Click is a programme dedicated to showcasing the technology tools that help positively transform the way we live our lives, with their most recent episode focusing on digital health.
We are so proud that they chose to feature HealthUnlocked when discussing this topic on the programme.
Whether you are going through an explicit health concern or simply looking to try new ways to boost your health, friends and family are an integral part of any support system in our lives. Despite this, no matter how much our loved ones try and help, we understand how challenging it can be to navigate your health journey when you are the only person being directly affected.
HealthUnlocked provides millions of people a place to connect with other individuals with collective shared health experiences. From keeping fit to managing chronic illnesses (be it physical or mental), talking to people going through the same thing as you is an empowering way to gain the knowledge and self-esteem for an enhanced healthy journey.
Without each and every one of you offering your advice and support for one another over the years, HealthUnlocked would not have been able to reach where we are today.
The whole team are so grateful to have such an incredible community of people. With the help of your contributions to the platform, we have already given so many people the opportunity to connect with like-minded others and are incredibly excited to see how we will continue to grow and help connect more people in the future.
