Sleeping all the time

Me again I am so tired I slept all night and am trying to keep myself awake I just want to sleep all the time is this typical of COPD x

Is a factor ... but depends on stage of COPD a know when i feel like that its down to low oxygen in me blood ... Might be getting chest infection .. Give BLF a call if worried or see your GP just to make sure your ok

Sometimes I'm TATT and other times its just hard to get going but once I've started I can't seem to stop at bedtime. Think it might be SAD

hey taffy daffy. i have the same problem . i feel tired all the time too. just took the test that kath-hope2sleep advised and i have mild sleep apnoea according to it
