..........Just got off the phone with a friend who lives in Scotland.She said that since early this morming rthe snow has been nearly waist high and is still falling.The temperature is dropping far below zero and the north wind is increasing to near gale force.
Her husband has done nothing but look through the kitchen window and just stare.
She says that if it gets much worse she may have to let the drunken sod in.

I find that whilst they are still drunk hubbys are best left outside the alchohol keeps them warm giving you time to finnish watching the sad film on tv & finnish chocs! THANK YOU FOR MAKING US SMILE KOTC xx
Think I will push grumpy outside and leave him there, he is neither use nor ornament., his urinal is our ornament, it sits on the book-shelf in all its glory. The other day, he stood up to use the urinal, no shame, I was sitting in the chair reading and he dropped his trousers right in front of me and I thought, what the hell is he wearing pink creased knickers for, it was his bare backside. We have a stairlift now so there is no need for him to be using the urinal in the room, but he is too lazy to walk to it. It is like living with Steptoe.

Sad, sweetthing - there stood a man that you fell in love with - I would be furious if that happened to me. But think of the man that you married - that is the sad thing.
You nearly had me there,lol!! Great ending.Always enjoy your jokes,you should make a little book of them. Sweething,its time you did something nice for yourself,as Annie said it is sad,however to late now to change him now,but not to late for yourself,to find some enjoyment in small things,& not dwell on him all the time.(easy to say,I know) but can be done,be strong!! xxx
