Well guys it was a hard day today breathing wise and I'm not sure I know why. I slept OK (alone as my OH was interstate for a couple of days) and only got up twice for a pee.Shower was not too bad. Making breakfast was a bit laboured. I think I felt it on the treadmill - only for 13 mins at 2.5 kph. This afternoon, taking the dog for a walk was particularly breathless (we do live in a slightly hilly area). I know we all have off days as well as on days. Really hope I feel better tomorrow. You all have a great day!
