Why is the site so very slow today? Maintenance time?

I am loosing patience trying to post comments and the one I have managed to post came up twice anyone any idea what is going on? It is not my server before anyone suggest that it is only on here I have the problem

Me too, just did a reply to Nombi and it disappeared and the error page came up. Looks like BLF have their problems too !

i get the error page, but i go back to the question page and put it in again
