family testing for alpha1

Hi I have posted a couple of times for advice and i'm here again. Myself and 2 siblings have been tested for alpha 1 as my mum has it. My brother is a carrier, I got the all clear and my sisters dr has no idea!!!

She has had her bloods done twice and the Dr said yesterday he didnt understand the result!! Leaving my sister very worried.

All he has told her is that her antitrypsin levels are 0.8. My brothers were 1.4. Can you halp me please x
