Just found your site, nice to know I'm not on my own now, have had very little support from my old drs. now moved and changed drs. they are much more helpful and kind and have told me I will be called in for lung function tests regularly.... I never had one at my old surgery. I do try and walk about half an hour most days, with arthritis in my back it is difficult and painful but I do find it helps and makes me mentally more positive. We live on a narrow boat so have lots of fresh air and towpaths to walk !!

Welcome , you have come to the right place. Any questions, just fire away, there will always be someone coming along to answer them from their own experiences. If you need advice from BLF, they are at the end of a phone on the helpline, and are always happy to help. You will find it much better with a supportive gp, but from my experience, the more you learn about your condition, the better it is, because, you can ask the docs about various things etc, if you thought they would help. ope you enjoy the forum.
