Hi there! I'm also thinking the brown inhalor is useless my son age 4 has asthma he has the blue inhalor & brown Inhalor and is now on singulair granules that are in sachets he's been on the singulair since last November because the brown inhalor didn't seam to be helping anymore but have been told he still has to keep taking his brown inhalor! I'm sure he's taking to much medicine but the doctor doesn't seam to think so,he only has his blue inhalor when wheezing or finding breathing differcult or coughing constantly but it still seams alot for such a young child, I can't understand why the brown inhalor has to be used still if it's no longer helping! But hope to find the reason why,you can call the asthma careline on 08001216244 & get to speak to an asthma Nurse & find out what he/she advises, thats who I'm going to call on Monday to find out why the brown inhalor still has to be used! Good luck I hope this info helps!
