Have had my first visit from the community matron that looks after the ones that have long term conditions looking after the care we get from now on any problems all that is needed is a call and she is on the case of those not doing what they should have.
For a while now it has been one thing after another with more time and effort than Ive got for putting it right so first meeting has a list of what is going to get done written down ready for action.
