I did not know the flu vacine could be given as a nasal spray or we should not use it.

A heads up for next season if it is offered it cannot be used by lung patients

I was only aware of a nasal spray being used for children in the UK, not adults ? The American article referred to here states 'healthy people between the ages of 2 and 49 years' and that would exclude most people who need it on ill-health grounds ?

More info on flu treatment by the NHS:

nhs.uk/conditions/Flu-jab/P...

- and about the nasal spray:

xpil.medicines.org.uk/ViewP...

For more use this American company encrypted.google.com/ :D

have only been offered the needle and know now to stay away from a nasal one - thanks - this is info BLF should have reported to them, in case they don't already know.
