Visit to GP yesterday. Awake at 3.30am today wandering what COPD is.

Booked in for tests next month.

Will I have COPD?

Found this website...Brilliant.

Feel comforted by people's posts and how positive people are.

A sense of belonging and support..

Welcome, we don't all have COPD, bu the majority do, I am the minority! When you have just been diagnosed, your mind is a jumble of information. It is impossible to take it all in at once, and often you will have many questions. Of course for specific medical questions and benefits advice you should always look to the BLF helpline first. But we all have life experience which is also extremely valuable. So I am sure in many ways we all be able to help with your questions and try to allay your worries. By the way I am a nutty contributor who is bonkers about her dog. So if you want to share a happy story, mind taxing puzzles or terrible jokes, we are always looking for new material to read, that also uplifts those who read it.

Look forward to seeing you about, huggles Daxiemad
