apparently 'An All Wales Sleep Apnoea Working Group' comprising of respiratory consultants delivering sleep apnoea services in NHS Wales, produced a proposal for minimum clinical standards for sleep apnoea in Wales. Their recommendations were accepted and the advisory document ‘Sleep Disordered Breathing Services in Wales’ was issued to Chief Executives of all Health Boards in Wales in February 2011, to assist them in planning for improved sleep services.
