Hello, recently have been having breathing problem i found out i couldn't hold my breath for a long time when blowing.. i live in east london so looking at were i could go to do the test and is it free?

You should be able to get spirometry test done at your GPs. XXX
I agree with cofdrop - visit your GP and voice your concerns

As the others have said - visit your GP to discuss - most GP surgeries are able to do a spirometry test if appropriate. But spirometry may not be the appropriate test - may be peak flow testing first. Why not call the BLF Helpline - 03000 030 555- and have a chat to one of the nurses to help clarify things before you go to your GP.
